I need your help!
As you may have noticed, Dish Gal never bakes. I don't have the tools, the ingredients, or the self-control to not eat an entire batch of brownies.
However, I've been getting tired of my breakfast options, so I've decided this weekend to explore the world of "healthy muffins."
Seems like an oxymoron, right? Well I'm determined to find a tasty yet nutritious muffin recipe. I'm going to make a batch on Sunday, and then have one for each day of the week. Here's one recipe I've been eyeing from Self magazine : blueberry-banana muffins.
