Hot Dish of the Week

This week’s Hot Dish of the Week comes to you from Orinoco. This tiny, hidden gem in the South End has great sangria, arepas, and plantains, but when Z ordered the pistachio-panela-plantain crusted New Zealand lamb chops with mint mojo, I had no idea I’d be stealing so many bites of it. It was heavenly! I’m not even a huge lamb fan, but this was exquisite. It was cooked so perfectly, it just melted in your mouth. Plus, the lamb, served with a watercress blue cheese salad with dry mushroom vinaigrette, is only $19!

This hearty and elegant meal is one not to be missed.
